2. Prices
Prices in euros, all taxes included. SOLEIL D’ASIE reserves the right to change its prices.
3. Payment
Payment on site, at the restaurant. Accepted methods: cash and bank card.
4. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the 14-day right of withdrawal DOES NOT APPLY to perishable foodstuffs or to catering services provided on a specific date.
5. Legal warranties
Conformity (Art. L.217-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code) and hidden defects (Art. 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code).
